Card icon on the credit card receipt forms

Every credit card receipt form now has a credit card icon. That icon’s colour can be green, yellow or red:

- green: “Connected to a Card Transaction, same sum”
- yellow: “Price differs from Card Transaction“
- red: “Not connected to Card Transaction”
