New AI auto save feature

Hi there,

We have today launched our NEW AI driven auto save feature that means that you will never lose any work or information you start inputting into our platform.

You would normally see the Save and Continue and Save and Close options at the bottom of the Diary and Reflection forms, but this new functionality will support autosaving as you type.
