Sohonet is committed to maintaining the reliability and performance of FileRunner. As part of our ongoing maintenance programme, we will be performing essential updates that will result in a temporary service interruption.

  • Your FileRunner service will experience a 10-minute disruption during one of the scheduled maintenance windows.
  • The specific downtime period will depend on the region where your service is based.
  • Outside of this brief disruption, the service will remain at risk for the duration of the maintenance windows but is not expected to be impacted.

Feature Updates

  • Basic Download added to the Download menu at the package level
  • Download location persistence for user accounts. Your download location will now be saved for future use. To change it, simply select "Select Download Folder" from the Download button's menu on your package.
  • User-friendly message for opening packages set for future dates. You'll now see a clear message if you try to open a package that's scheduled for a future date.
