We know that speed is everything when you're creating at scale, so we’ve eliminated the need to hunt through menus just to add your assets. Now, bringing your images, logos, and even audio or video into your design is as simple as a single motion.

What’s New with Smart Drag & Drop?

• Instant Asset Import: Simply grab any file from your computer and drop it directly onto the canvas. No more clicking "Upload" buttons or navigating through file pickers.

• Intelligent Layer Selection: Abyssale now recognizes the file type you're dropping and automatically proposes the right layer type.

• Images & SVGs: Choose to import as a standard Image or a specialized Logo layer with a single click.

• Video & Audio: Dropping a media file automatically initializes the Video or Audio player layers, complete with timeline integration.

• Contextual Upload Modals: For files like SVGs, a quick pop-up will ask if you'd like to treat it as a logo or an image, ensuring your layer manager stays organized from the start.

How It Works

Using the new Drag & Drop feature is straightforward:

1. Open the Design Editor: Navigate to any of your formats in the design.
2. Drag Your File: Select an image, video, or audio file from your local folder.
3. Drop & Define: Drop the file onto the canvas. A "Drop your file here" overlay will appear.
4. Select Layer Type: For images and vectors, select your preferred layer type (e.g., Import as a logo) in the modal that appears.

Now you can populate your templates in seconds and keep your creative momentum flowing!
