Hi there,

We’ve implemented a significant workflow improvement to give your entire team more flexibility! We are excited to announce that the Operator and Light Operator roles can now edit static visuals after they have been generated.

Previously, this powerful capability was reserved for higher-level roles. By expanding access, we’re making it easier for your team to handle last-minute tweaks and polish creatives without needing administrative intervention, streamlining your production pipeline.

What’s New?

  • Role-Based Flexibility: Both Operator and Light Operator roles now have the permissions to modify generated static visuals.
  • Faster Iterations: Reduce bottlenecks by allowing more team members to correct typos or swap images directly.
  • Workflow Autonomy: Empowers team members to maintain high-quality standards without waiting for role-specific approvals for minor edits.

How It Works

If you are working with static visuals (not animations, videos, or PDFs), you can jump into the editor to make changes without starting a brand-new task.

  1. Open your list of generated visuals within your project.
  2. Click on the specific visual you wish to modify to view its details.
  3. Click the Edit visual button located in the top menu.
  4. Tweak your content in the Light Abyssale Editor (update text or swap images manually).
  5. Save your changes to update that specific visual and automatically create a new version!

Now your entire team can iterate with confidence and speed!
