What can I manage from my account?
From your dashboard, you can:
Update your payment method (credit card or PayPal)
Change billing frequency (monthly or yearly)
View upcoming billing dates
Cancel your membership
Start a new membership
How to update your payment details
Follow these steps to update your credit card or payment method:
Log in to your account
Click your Profile icon (top right of the dashboard)
Go to Account Management
Click Manage Payment Details
Update your credit card or payment information
Save your changes
Your updated payment method will be used for future billing automatically.
My credit card is expiring soon. What should I do?
If your credit card is about to expire, we recommend updating your payment details before your next billing date to avoid payment failure or service interruption.
Steps to update your card:
Go to Profile → Account Management → Manage Payment Details
Enter your new card information
Save your changes
Once updated, your subscription will continue as usual.
What happens if my payment fails?
If a recurring payment fails:
Your access will remain active temporarily
Our system will automatically retry the payment after a few days
If the retry fails, your subscription may be cancelled automatically
To prevent this, please make sure your payment details are valid and up to date.
How do I change my billing frequency?
You can switch between monthly and yearly billing from your account:
Go to Profile → Account Management → Manage Payment Details
Select your preferred billing frequency
Confirm your selection
Changes will apply to your next billing cycle.
How do I cancel my membership?
To cancel your membership:
Go to Profile → Account Management → Manage Payment Details
Select Cancel Membership
Follow the on-screen instructions
You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
