Show form questions based on journey data⚡

You can now set conditions on form elements using data from the journey, not just answers from earlier in the same form. This makes it easier to show people only the questions that actually apply to them.

How to use

You use this like you would add any condition on to a form field but instead of selecting from the current form you select "From journey workflow".

There you can see all the data that you have access to and can create your conditions from that.

Here is an example for a use case where we only want the new employee to see parking options if they are in the Stockholm office.

Great use cases

• Only ask for a work permit number when the new hire's country is outside the EU, everyone else never sees the question.
• Show the equipment section only when the role isn't remote, so remote hires skip questions about desk setup and office keys.
• Ask for a parking preference only when the traveller's office is Stockholm.

Important to know!

• Journey data includes traveller details, journey fields, and outputs from earlier actions in the journey. 🧠
• You can only use this in the form builder in the "Send form" action - not external form triggers.
• Preview the form as a real traveller to check your conditions resolve the way you expect.
• Form elements can be shown or hidden based on journey data, not just form answers
• Works with text, number, date, yes/no and choice fields
• Mix journey conditions and form answer conditions on the same element
