Choose how the form link appears in your emails

You can now decide how the form link looks in the Send form notification email: a styled button, an inline text link, or the plain URL. A live preview shows exactly what your recipient will see while you set it up.
This makes your form emails look polished without leaving the journey builder.
Great use cases
- Send a clear "Complete your onboarding form" button to new hires, so the next step is impossible to miss.
- Use an inline text link in a short manager reminder, where a big button would feel out of place.
- Keep the plain URL for emails that some recipients read in text-only clients.
Important to know!
- Click the "Form link" pill in the Send form action's email to pick Button, Text or URL and edit the label. 🧠
- New form links default to a button labelled "Open form". Existing actions keep working exactly as before until you change them.
- The floating preview updates as you type and can be reopened from the eye icon in the footer.
- Pick Button, Text or URL for the form link in your email
- Edit the label and preview the result live
- Existing emails are unchanged unless you opt in
