Automatically start Journeys on external form submission🙌

We know a lot of our users have been waiting for this one!

You can now configure your external forms to automatically start the traveller journey as soon as it is submitted.
​
This means that you no longer have to rely on having to manually start a journey that was created from an external form!

Why did we make this change?

• To alleviate the need for a person to monitor the journey and manually starting journeys that do not need any review before starting
• This feature also improves the experience for the person filling out the external form as they can receive journey notifications right away
