SMS character counter

One thing we were unhappy with in our system was has unclear the SMS action feature was with regards to pricing and calculation.

How many SMS messages are actually sent to the recipient is based on the length of the message itself. We at 50skills use a third-party service that has explicit rules for these segmentations.

With this new feature you can now see, when configuring the SMS action, how many characters it will be and how many messages that might translate to.

It is important to know that using dynamic variables in the message will result in a SMS length that can not be calculated, so be careful when allowing for dynamic messages!
