In the past, when you created a sharing campaign with multiple share variants, a random variant would be selected for each member to share.
We've extended this feature to allow members to cycle through all the available variants and pick the one they like best.
The initially selected variant is still chosen at random for each member to encourage more diversity on social media.
We added a new channel for members to share on. "Instagram Professional" allows users with a professional Instagram account (Creators or Businesses) to share content from Ambassify straight to Instagram without leaving Ambassify. This works in the app as well as on the web.
Campaign bundles allow you to create a parent campaign and bundle other campaigns into that campaign. These bundled campaigns can be sorted manually, and you can choose whether they need to be completed in a specific order or a random order.
We have made a small change to the reporting for shares on Facebook Pages;
To report on a post's potential reach, we tracked the page's "fan" count, which is determined by anyone who has liked the page.
We have changed this to track the "follower" count instead. This is a more comprehensive metric that includes anyone who will see updates from a Facebook page. You might see an increase in your potential reach because of this.
Our carousel share feature, which is a premium feature, allows managers to upload PDF files to share campaigns.
With member campaigns you can now also give the option (or make it required) to your members to add a link to their campaign. In this example, we show you how it works.
As a member I would like to receive more comments on my post on LinkedIn. So I can create a campaign in Ambassify to ask my fellow ambassadors to leave a comment on my post.
We moved the Microsoft Teams integration out of beta and it is now available to all Premium and Enterprise customers. You can enable and install it through the "Integrations" settings in manage.
Managers can now archive members to temporarily disable their access to Ambassify without losing member data. Archived members won't be able to log in, participate, or receive messages from Ambassify. Managers can unarchive members to restore their access to the platform.
Community members are now able to edit their own comments.
You can now fill in the "Digest intro text" settings when enabling our email digest. It allows you to add some text at the top of the digest mail - before the list of campaigns - just like you can for the custom digest messages.
