New campaign type: quiz

The quiz campaign allows managers to create quizzes for their members. This feature is available in the Premium and Enterprise plan.

Setting up a quiz challenge is similar to creating a form campaign. There are only a few differences:

• You can only use a select set of field types
• You can select the correct answer for every field in the form
