Approval flow for Personal Posts

We've added a new setting to personal posts that, when enabled, requires admin approval before any personal post can be published on social media.

With this feature, members will be able to submit their posts for approval instead of publishing them directly. The admins can then review them and publish or reject the posts.

We'll also add a notification for admins when new posts are submitted for approval very soon.
