Enhanced bank reconciliation for manually paid items

Documents manually flagged as "Marked as paid" are no longer hidden from banking matches. The "Proposed matches" section now remains active, allowing users to effortlessly link actual bank transactions to previously flagged documents or purchase receipts to ensure airtight bookkeeping.
