Copy your support details with one click

Need help from our support team? You can now quickly copy all your account details in one place to provide them to our support team. Just go to My user profile > Details required by support and click copy. This gets you help faster since our team has everything they need right away.

Send invoices right away

Creating invoices (or credit notes) is now easier. You can save drafts to finish later, or send invoices directly to customers after creation. Both options are clearly shown at the top when you create documents.

Cancel planned payments

Change your mind about a future payment? You can now cancel any scheduled payment from your Banqup Business Account. Just go to the planned payments section and cancel what you don't need.
