HR admin role and mileage thresholds

HR admin role

A new role called “HR admin” has been added to Bezala. With this role you can:

• Edit time entry settings
• View and edit users’ SSNs
• Manage users’ time entries, absences and paid leaves
• View time entry reports

The functions mentioned above have been removed from the “Manager” and “Accountant” roles.

Mileage thresholds

Bezala now supports mileage thresholds. In practice, this means you can define that the unit value of the mileage allowance decreases once a specified annual mileage threshold is reached for an individual user.
