SEPA integration update (SEPA ISO20022 structured address requirements)

Hi SEPA integration users: action is required by 15.11,

What is required from you:

We urge you to add City (Postal Office) and Country behind users by 15.11. If the user address is not inserted we will assume that the City and Country is the same as the company address. If neither the user nor the company address is not added by 15.11, then the SEPA payments will fail.

​Why this is required:
This is a mandatory update coming from the SEPA standard

​What Bezala will do:
We have already added Ctry (company country) to the SEPA files and will add TwnNm (when it exist) to the SEPA files starting 25.9. We will also start blocking payments (leave expenses in queue) starting 15.11 if we don't have the company or user address, and send an email to the user asking them to add it to Bezala.

The address can already be added via our API: API documentation and via our user interface.

If you are using a CSV based HR integration you can add the following new columns to the CSV, and we will read them to bezala: "street", "postal code", "city", "country". HR integrations that we Bezala manages (ex HiBob) will automatically have the addresses updated.
