The layout of the Report, Archive, and Automation pages in the browser version has been updated

Report, Archive, and Automation pages can now be found in the main menu categorized under summary pages. Each summary page has its own tab for each of the subpages.

New layout overview:

Main Page: Accounting Reports

Tabs: Accounting Batches, Tax authority reporting, BI reports

Main Page: Archive

Tabs: Receipts, Per Diems, Mileages, Rewards

Main Page: Automation

Tabs: Email Rules, Account Rules, Subscriptions

Additionally, we've reintroduced the following popular settings pages as quick links to the main menu: Users, Accounts, and Cost Centers.

You can now set approval cycles behind behind individual expense types and payment methods in the Bezala chart of accounts.

This enables you e.g. to set a separate approval cycle for credit card receipts and travel expenses.

The appearance of the Company Settings pages has changed

All company settings can now be found in the main menu at the “Company Settings” link. Different company settings have been organized into their own tabs on this single page.

Bezala now checks for duplicate receipts!

If the system detects that a receipt with the same receipt ID number has already been entered into Bezala, the system will leave a comment on this newer receipt form about the issue and link any possible duplicate receipts to that comment.
