Employee Requests are digital forms in Core HR: an expense reimbursement, night-shift consent, a personal data change. This release turns a request into a document that holds up in payroll and personnel files.

  • Every request gets a number – the system assigns it automatically, as PREFIX/YEAR-NUMBER or PREFIX/MONTH/YEAR-NUMBER. It suggests the prefix from the request name, and in the configuration you can preview the numbering and change the format.
  • Download a request as a PDF – the person who submitted it, the assignee and admins can all download the file, so a request can go into personnel files or on to payment. Saving it straight to a chosen folder in the employee's Documents is coming soon.
  • Check who sees what – the definitions list shows how many people a request applies to, and you can preview the form while you're still configuring it.
  • Status counts above the table – counters show how many requests sit at each stage, and they recalculate with your filters and search. Your filters and sorting stay in place between visits.
