Control leave requests with new restrictions

Sometimes you can't afford an absence on a specific day, or two absences in the same team. In the Time Off module you can now set both:

• Keep a day covered – block leave or remote work requests on chosen weekdays, for example when you need the whole team in the office on Wednesdays.
• Avoid two people out at once – limit overlapping absences inside a group, so only one person from a "Managers" or "Customer Service" team is away at the same time.

You pair each restriction with a specific leave type and decide whether it blocks the request or shows a warning suggesting another date.
