Custom fields visibility control in CoreHR

Big news for the CoreHR module! Administrators can now set the visibility of Custom fields for three types of managers, the owner and the entire organization.

Plus, there’s now editing capability for those three manager types.

How to use it?

• Configuration -> Custom Fields
• Choose the custom field you want to adjust visibility for
• Simply select the access checkboxes at the bottom of the drawer

You can also change visibility for three system fields: Contract type, Employee’s number, and Custom note. Soon, this option will be available for most system fields.

This change enhances information flow and improves communication within the company. It also boosts the security of information transmission beyond physical means.
