Custom Report Templates with People's Data

From now on, managers and admins can save their own report templates in the People Report. Based on their role, they'll be able to define and save templates that include:
- Selected data fields
- Applied filters
- Template name
The template can be reused to quickly pull reports for different time periods without reconfiguring settings. You can set reports such as:
- Contract and bonuses summary report
- Employees who left last year with exit reasons report
- Employee performance review
- Company devices report
- Work anniversaries in the next month (addresses included)
- Employee skills and certifications report
- Uniform and apparel tracking report
The filtering system now includes 11 comprehensive filters (up from 4) and preset date filters such as "previous month".
