Changes Audit in the CoreHR Module

The new Changes Audit feature gives you complete visibility into profile modifications - who made them, what changed, and when.

How it works: Navigate to the CoreHR module's Configuration section and click the new audit tile. You'll see a comprehensive list of all profile changes with filtering options by:

• User
• Specific field modified
• The person who made the change

API-generated changes display a special icon instead of a user employee photo.

Browse efficiently with chronological sorting (newest first) and date range filters - narrow down to specific days, weeks, or months as needed.

Real business impact: When inconsistencies arise, you can instantly trace their origin. This transforms employee profiles into a reliable source of truth while streamlining your compliance processes.

The audit captures all changes since June 19, 2025 - even for accounts without CoreHR (changes are recorded and become visible after module purchase).
