Time Clock Rounding

Minute-by-minute discrepancies in time records are a thing of the past. The new rounding feature in Calamari automatically streamlines your payroll.

Benefits:

• End minute-level overtime and time discrepancies
• Ensure payroll is consistent with timesheets
• Maintain full compliance with labor laws
• Reduce administrative workload

Available Options:

• Rounding to Work Schedule: For companies with fixed schedules (e.g., 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM). You set clock-in buffers, lateness tolerance, and clock-out parameters according to your company's policy.
• Rounding to Time Intervals: Ideal for companies with flexible schedules or when payroll is calculated in time blocks. You choose the intervals: 15, 30, or 60 minutes and rounding direction (up or down).

Flexible Operation: Both modes can work together or operate independently, with schedule-based rounding taking priority.
