If you manage the day-to-day office experience, tracking who’s in, what’s booked, and whether everyone has a place to sit, Mapiq’s Booking tab in the admin portal is probably where you spend the majority of your time. That’s why we invested time in improving this and now present to you our new Records table.

Everything in one place

Get the full picture without switching views or comparing spreadsheets. Office Records brings every booking into a single tab, grouped by employee, so you can quickly review each person’s booked office days, desks, and parking at a glance.

No more blind spots

Get a complete, auditable timeline for every employee, beyond a basic “checked in / not checked in.” Office Records now shows clear attendance statuses like Present, Not seen, Late cancel, and Unexpected, so you can spot issues and follow up fast.

Better paper trails

Always know exactly what happened to every booking. Each record now includes created and canceled timestamps, plus who made the change, giving you a complete audit trail of the who, what, and when.

Easier exports

Exports are now fully configurable, and creating them is simpler than ever. You can build the exact report you need without having to touch your view each time. Next time you click on Export, choose the fields you want to include in the pop up that opens, preview the output, and then download as csv or excel.
