Assign Tasks to Multiple People

For easier collaboration, you can now assign tasks to multiple people. It is enough, if only one of the collaborators fulfills the task.

Here's how it works:

• Up to 5 people can be assigned to a task
• The task appears in all lists
• As soon as one person completes it, it is done for everyone

Why is it useful?

Many tasks are "first come, first served" jobs - e.g. booking a room. If the task is completed by the first person who has resources to do so, it will become visible to everyone, efficiently avoiding duplication of effort and coordination.

If all participants need to take individual action on a task, please continue to create separate tasks for each person - e.g. for individual feedback.
