Time logged against a checklist now shows up inside the completed report, and you can approve it without switching screens.
Open any completed Result and you'll see a new Timesheet entries button in the top left, next to Download PDF and Show Map. It opens the time logged against that checklist (date, description, type, user, and duration) with each entry's approval status. If you have Timesheets: Administrate, you can review and approve entries right there, so a supervisor closing out a morning inspection can sign off the hours in the same view they used to check the work.
It's the same approval you'd run from the central Timesheets page, just closer to where the work actually gets reviewed. Approve an entry from the report and it reads as approved everywhere it appears.

Handover notes let you push critical, time-bound information to RideOps operators and require them to acknowledge it before they can operate the ride.
Create a note from the Mobaro Backend and check Require operators to acknowledge this note. While it's unacknowledged, the Location is held Not ready for operation, alongside any other gating condition like an outstanding CFO Checklist.
Acknowledgement is per operator, so a new operator signing in at shift change sees the same note again, even if the previous operator already cleared it. Every creation and acknowledgement is logged with the operator and a timestamp, so you get a defensible record that everyone who ran the ride saw the information first.
This covers RideOps today. The same acknowledgement enforcement for Checklists and triggers is on the roadmap.
Handover notes are early access. If you'd like it turned on for your organization, reach out to your Mobaro contact.

Downtime templates now include an assignment creation policy so you can decide per template whether starting downtime should automatically create an assignment.
In Assignment configuration, you can choose:
Hi there,
You can now assign operating hours to any location in Mobaro!
By linking a calendar and time zone, Mobaro will automatically calculate downtime and uptime only within those defined hours — giving you a more accurate view of actual operational performance.
Example: A downtime from 4–8 PM will only count 2 hours if your operating hours end at 6 PM.
This feature helps ensure after-hours closures or maintenance don’t inflate your downtime totals, making reports and dashboards more accurate across all parks and regions.

Hi there,
You can now assign peer assessments as part of your Certification Processes!
Instead of relying solely on self-assessments, this update allows designated assessors—like supervisors, leads, or trainers—to complete certifications on behalf of others. Perfect for observational reviews, hands-on evaluations, or structured sign-offs.
Use cases include:
Want a tiered approach? You can chain certifications together using awarded competencies—start with self-assessment, then unlock a peer sign-off (or vice versa).
Once enabled, assessors will find these under “Assess others” in the mobile app's Certification Center.
Hi there,
We're excited to introduce an upgrade to our Location QR codes! With our latest update, any newly created and exported Location QR code will now deep link directly into the Mobaro mobile app. This means that scanning the QR code with your device’s default camera app will instantly open the Mobaro app and display the Location Overview for the corresponding location — no extra steps required.
⚠️ Important Note:
Only newly created and exported Location QR codes support deep linking.
Previously generated QR codes will not deep link into the app when scanned outside of Mobaro.
✅ Backwards Compatibility:
Existing QR codes are still supported within the Mobaro mobile app and will function as expected when scanned using the in-app scanner.
