Explore stock activity in Inventory Movements

Logan avatar
Shared by Logan •

Released October 13, 2026

Inventory consumption has moved into a new Movements area. Consumption, Transfers and Adjustments now have separate views, so you can focus on the type of stock activity you want to review.

Each view includes its own chart, table and Excel export. Long stock histories are also paginated, making the history easier to work through.

Open Inventory → Movements to explore the new layout. Choose the relevant view to review activity or export its records for further work.

Availability: Inventory is in early access and must be enabled for your organization. Contact your Customer Success Manager if these controls are not available.

Add Material prices and see Warehouse stock value

Logan avatar
Shared by Logan •

Released October 13, 2026

Materials now support a price and currency, and each Warehouse shows its total stock value. This brings a value view alongside the stock your team holds.

Materials without a price are counted separately, so missing pricing remains visible. Your team can see that some stock is still unpriced rather than treating the displayed value as a complete picture.

Warehouse value uses positive stock quantities, current Material prices and configured exchange rates. It is a current valuation, not a record of historical purchase costs.

Availability: Inventory is in early access and must be enabled for your organization. Contact your Customer Success Manager if these controls are not available.

Copy a manual entry on a Checklist element

Logan avatar
Shared by Logan •

Released October 13, 2026

When a Checklist element needs more than one section from the same manual, you can now copy an existing manual entry and choose a different section.

Previously, adding the same manual again meant starting that entry from scratch. Copying the entry gives you a starting point when several references belong with the same Question or instruction.

After copying, select the section needed for the new reference. The change applies to manual entries attached to a Checklist element.

Set minimum stock levels for each Warehouse

Logan avatar
Shared by Logan •

Released October 6, 2026

You can now set a minimum stock level for each Material per Warehouse. Material lists show a low-stock status, giving your team a way to identify items that need attention.

Filter the list by Warehouse or by low stock to focus the view. Because the minimum is set per Warehouse, the same Material can have different thresholds at different stock locations.

Minimum-stock values can also be included when importing Inventory. Use the update to bring the thresholds your team works with into the Material records.

Availability: Inventory is in early access and must be enabled for your organization. Contact your Customer Success Manager if these controls are not available.

Set Number Question limits to three decimal places

Logan avatar
Shared by Logan •

Released October 6, 2026

Number-based Questions now accept limits with up to three decimal places. You can set minimum and maximum values with finer precision when configuring a Checklist.

This gives you more precise boundaries for Questions where whole numbers or fewer decimal places are not enough. Set those limits to match the approved requirements for the measurement your team is recording.

The change is to the precision available in the Question’s limit settings. Review the relevant Questions when updating your Checklists.

Manage your DMT RideGuard connection in Integrations

Logan avatar
Shared by Logan •

Released September 30, 2026

DMT RideGuard is available from the Integrations area, with simplified setup details. Once an active connection is configured, the integration page opens directly and shows a clearer connected status.

The October 13 release also restricted changes to DMT RideGuard settings to organization administrators.

DMT RideGuard detects anomalies and alerts operators in real time. It does not stop the ride. That distinction is also reflected in the updated integration description.

Before setup: You need an active DMT RideGuard subscription and an API key supplied by DMT.

Use barcode sign-in in RideOps

Logan avatar
Shared by Logan •

Released September 30, 2026

Barcode sign-in in the RideOps app is now available to every organization. Operators can select their name by scanning a badge that matches their External ID, then enter their PIN to sign in.

Turn it on with the Enable barcode sign-in setting. The badge value needs to match the Operator’s External ID, so check those identifiers when preparing badges for your team.

This update broadens availability of the existing barcode sign-in option. It gives teams that use staff badges another way to handle sign-in at the ride.

Find Materials with search in the picker

Logan avatar
Shared by Logan •

Released September 30, 2026

Material pickers in the Mobaro Backend and Mobile app now include search. The Material explorer also supports search, so finding the right item no longer depends on browsing through Categories.

Available Materials appear first in the list, and you can filter Warehouses by name. Together, these changes make it easier to narrow a long list when selecting stock for the task in front of you.

The October 6 release also corrected stock availability in Material pickers: a Material with any available stock now appears as available.

Availability: Inventory is in early access and must be enabled for your organization. Contact your Customer Success Manager if these controls are not available.

Include Timesheet entries in Assignment PDF reports

Logan avatar
Shared by Logan •

Released September 29, 2026

Assignment PDF reports now include Timesheet entries. The exported report reflects the man-hours recorded against the Assignment, keeping the work details and logged time together.

This is useful when sharing a completed work record with someone who needs to see the time recorded against it. The entries travel with the PDF instead of being left out of that export.

The change applies to Assignment PDF reports. It does not change how your team records time or reviews Timesheet entries.

Format Note templates with rich text

Logan avatar
Shared by Logan •

Released September 24, 2026

Note templates in the Mobaro Backend now support rich text editing, matching Notes themselves. You can structure a reusable template beyond a single line of plain text.

Previously, templates were limited to one plain-text line. The update gives teams more room to lay out the information they want recorded in a Note, with formatting that makes the template easier to read.

Configure Note Templates in the Backend for Operators to use in RideOps. Review templates for recurring operational notes so the prompt is clear before someone starts writing.
