You can now configure your journeys to automatically create and start travellers with data from third-party systems, without any manual work!

You can use these features to connect to your third-party systems and configure them so, under some circumstance, Journeys will fetch relevant data from the third-party system, create a traveller and start their journey workflow.

A few examples:

  • Whenever a candidate is moved to the “Hired” stage in your Applicant Tracking System, a webhook can trigger their onboarding journey.
  • When an employee is marked as “Not Active” in your HR system, a webhook can kick off your Offboarding Workflow.
  • Schedule checks to your HRIS for employees flagged with a visa-required field and start pre-boarding tasks.

Why is this feature useful?

  • Automatic workflows: With these features, users are added automatically from third-party systems without having any manual work
  • Connects to most third-party systems: Most up to date systems have webhooks but if they don't you can use the scheduled polling!

Why is this feature great?

Why did we build this?

We developed the Restart from Action feature to address common workflow challenges faced by users. Recognizing the need for efficient troubleshooting and adaptability within journey workflows, our goal was to provide an solution that simplifies adjustments.

Delete branch

The Delete Branch improvement allows you to quickly remove all actions within a branch directly from the branch label.

Why is this feature useful?

  • Efficient Editing: Quickly delete multiple actions within a branch in one step, rather than individually removing each action.
  • Simpler Workflow Management: Easily tidy up journeys by clearing unnecessary actions, keeping your workflows clear and manageable.

Why did we build this?

We added this feature to make it easier for users to manage workflows. By simplifying the removal of multiple actions, users can spend less time maintaining journeys and more time focused on achieving their workflow objectives.

Portal & Form icons

Sometimes you are not sure what Journeys contain an external form or a form that is used on your portal.

When viewing your Journeys list, it should be now very clear which of them contain a published external form and which are connected to your company portal.

  • We wanted to give our users a better overview of what journeys contained external forms as they were quite hidden

Inline view & editing on table fields

Another great improvement - this time to the table overview of Travellers!

We had many complaints regarding how hard it was to view field content that was long and in reality sometimes it was impossible from the table view.

Now you can simply click on the field in the table and it will open a modal where you can view and edit the information.

Additional notes

  • Currently you can only view and edit fields of the type Text-short and Text-long
  • You can not edit inline text that is from actions in the journey workflow

  • View large information bits with ease
  • One of the most requested improvements we have had 🌟
  • Easier to edit Traveller information - skip the whole "edit" process
