A simple but effective UI improvement. We are introducing color coding and indentation for array in integrations that contain arrays, you should now see a much clearer definition of the structure of arrays and what fields are in them.

​Why did we make this improvement?

• Improve UI/UX for users working with arrays and nested arrays in integrations

One thing we were unhappy with in our system was has unclear the SMS action feature was with regards to pricing and calculation.

How many SMS messages are actually sent to the recipient is based on the length of the message itself. We at 50skills use a third-party service that has explicit rules for these segmentations.

With this new feature you can now see, when configuring the SMS action, how many characters it will be and how many messages that might translate to.

It is important to know that using dynamic variables in the message will result in a SMS length that can not be calculated, so be careful when allowing for dynamic messages!

​Why did we make this change?

• Add clarity to SMS feature and pricing model
• Allow users to visually determine how long the SMS should be

We know a lot of our users have been waiting for this one!

You can now configure your external forms to automatically start the traveller journey as soon as it is submitted.
​
This means that you no longer have to rely on having to manually start a journey that was created from an external form!

Why did we make this change?

• To alleviate the need for a person to monitor the journey and manually starting journeys that do not need any review before starting
• This feature also improves the experience for the person filling out the external form as they can receive journey notifications right away

The much awaited External forms feature is now live!

You can now design and create forms that you can then share wherever you required, allowing people to add themselves to Journeys you have created.
