To create a more professional and recognisable experience, client invitations now automatically include the Reseller Partner’s logo. This update ensures that when a small business receives an invite, they immediately see the familiar branding of the partner they trust, making the onboarding process smoother and more secure.

Better visibility for partners

Eva avatar
Shared by Eva • March 30, 2026

We have made self-billing invoices and credit notes visible in all Partner Spaces. You can now find these documents easily under the Client Documents and Sales Invoices sections. They are also available in the Insight App and the special Insight tab for your clients. This update gives partners a complete view of every important document in one place. By sharing this data clearly, we help you stay on the same page as your clients.

Smart matching for card payments

Eva avatar
Shared by Eva • March 30, 2026

Matching card payments to invoices is now much faster thanks to our new smart-matching rule. Sometimes, web shop receipts lack details, making them hard to track down. If a payment and an invoice share the same date and amount, we will automatically suggest a match. This takes the guesswork out of your bookkeeping and saves you from searching through old files. It’s a simple way to speed up your monthly chores and keep your balance sheet clean.

Easier subscription management

Shared by Eva • March 30, 2026

We updated the Clients app to make it clearer who is paying for each subscription. Now, if another partner is paying the bill, you will see a simple label instead of a price. To keep things safe, we’ve disabled the ability to edit or stop a subscription if someone else is handling the payment. We also improved how we show discounts so you can see upcoming prices early. You will now see both the full and discounted prices for any plans. These changes help you plan your budget and avoid any accidental changes to client accounts.

Space Management

Add multiple GLN identifiers

Shared by Eva • February 26, 2026

We’ve expanded our company profile settings to include Global Location Numbers (GLNs) and share capital. These updates provide more flexibility for businesses using GLNs for multi-location tracking or as Peppol IDs for e-invoicing. You can now manage all your GLNs within a single Business Space or set up dedicated spaces for each one.

New notification: partner responsible for payment when editing subscription

Eva avatar
Shared by Eva • February 26, 2026

To ensure total transparency, we’ve introduced a new notification for partners when managing client subscriptions. You’ll now see a clear warning when editing a subscription that explicitly states when the partner will be billed for the change.

We’ve kept it smart: the notification only appears when relevant, specifically on active subscriptions where the partner isn't already paying, or on pending subscriptions with no existing metadata. No more ambiguity: just clear, upfront billing information.

Simplified onboarding with partner self-registration links

Eva avatar
Shared by Eva • February 26, 2026

Scaling your client base just got easier. Partners can now onboard new clients using a single, shareable self-registration link. Instead of sending individual invites, you can generate a generic link from the Clients app and drop it into emails, websites, or even a QR code for marketing campaigns.

The onboarding flow automatically adapts based on your partner type (Accounting or Referral) and respects regional boundaries. You can even add a professional touch by applying your branding (including your logo) to the welcome screen, ensuring a seamless experience from the first click.

See if your clients are registered on Peppol

Eva avatar
Shared by Eva • February 26, 2026

Visibility is key to a smooth digital transition. Accounting partners can now view detailed connector details within the Client app.

On the e-invoicing tab, you can now see exactly which identifiers are registered on the Peppol network for each client. Most importantly, the system will highlight whether a client is registered with a competitor platform, giving you the real-time data you need to help them switch to Banqup. This feature is available for both active and draft clients, ensuring you have the full picture before you even begin onboarding.

Purchase Invoices: Smarter automation with supplier preferences

Eva avatar
Shared by Eva • February 26, 2026

Purchase invoice processing is now even more automated thanks to enhanced business partner settings.

If our OCR (Optical Character Recognition) can’t find a due date or payment method on an uploaded invoice, the system doesn’t stop, it simply looks to your pre-configured supplier defaults in the Business Partner settings to fill in the gaps. Plus, suppliers can now include their preferred payment methods directly on their invoices, ensuring you always have the right data at your fingertips.
