A new PDF preview toggle in the Document Creator allows you to see exactly how your invoice looks before finalizing it. This feature is available across all document types, including sales invoices, credit notes, and quotes. By simply clicking the toggle, you can verify formatting and details to ensure your documents appear as expected every time..
Both Partner and Business Space users can now manage folders within the Other Documents. This update allows for better organization by enabling users to create, rename, and add files to specific folders.
Additionally, users can delete folders once their contents are empty to keep the workspace clean. This functionality ensures a more structured and efficient way to handle non-billing documentation.

Insights provides accounting partners with a centralized hub to monitor client activity. Users can track document-related trends from a single, high-level dashboard.
Access is currently available to partner space users with client document permissions. While the app presently mirrors the data found in the "Client insights" tab, it serves as a foundational tool for streamlined oversight. This consolidated view simplifies managing multiple clients by providing a clear snapshot of their document status.
Sales Invoices now support embedded email attachments up to a 1 MB limit. This allows you to attach your terms and conditions or contracts to invoices you send to customers via email.
You can also streamline internal workflows by marking specific suppliers as "Trusted" to enable automated purchase invoice approvals.
Partners can now upload their logo directly to the Partner Space to enable co-branding.
Simply head to Settings > Branding to upload your asset.
Once added, your logo will appear across all your connected client business spaces. This ensures your professional identity stays front-and-center throughout your clients' daily experience with Banqup.
You can now pay multiple invoices at once directly through your bank accounts linked to Banqup. Simply select the invoices you want to pay, even across different suppliers, and authorize them all in a single flow.
This update removes the friction of having to top up your Banqup Business Account before making bulk payments, significantly speeding up your month-end payment runs.
Note: Batch payments via your Banqup Business Account are still fully supported if you prefer that method.
You can now handle self-billing directly within Banqup. We’ve added the ability to create, or simply import, self-billing invoices and credit notes on behalf of your suppliers.
This new workflow streamlines your invoicing process for suppliers who don't issue their own documents, ensuring your records remain complete without the manual administrative hurdle.
Display a bank account on your invoices
You can now define a bank account that will be used automatically when creating invoices, credit notes and quotes. No more selecting the account manually each time.
Personalise your homepage apps
You can now choose and reorder your favourite apps on your homepage.
Easily add a missing bank account when preparing payments
Banqup now picks up IBANs directly from the supplier invoice and suggests them before going through with the payment. If OCR can’t detect the IBAN, a PDF preview lets you copy it instantly without switching screens.
Validate long invoices more comfortably
The invoice lines panel in the validation split screen is now collapsible, giving you more space when reviewing large documents.
Track document history more easily
The redesigned timeline shows the newest events first, and includes more information about the events (like a description, and the name of the initiator).
Find and manage business partners with less effort
Improved search and sorting, legal entity/location indicators, category filters and better layout.
Search card payments faster
You can now search card transactions directly by merchant name.
Use Peppol the way your workflow requires
You can toggle Send only on or off when activating the Peppol connector to only use With Send only toggled on, you won’t receive Peppol invoices on Banqup. Keep the setting off to send and receive invoices via Peppol on Banqup.
Speed up client onboarding with smarter configuration templates
Configuration templates now support preset values for the subscription. You can choose the subscription plan, who pays for it, and the billing cycle (monthly/yearly).
Export Enriched Movement Reports automatically with HTTP Service
You can now export Enriched Movement Reports directly to your external systems using the HTTP Service integration.
Use dynamic delivery paths for Enriched Movement Reports
When exporting EMR files through integrations, you can now define a delivery path that uses dynamic variables (such as company name or UEN). This gives you full flexibility to structure report delivery according to your workflows.
Select which document types to export in each integration
Integrations now give you control over exactly which document types you want to export (sales invoices, purchase invoices, Enriched Movement Reports). Instead of exporting everything, you can choose what’s relevant for each accounting flow.
Get full overview of client documents
Client documents now include purchase receipts and these are also counted in Insights.
Save time on client configuration
You can now create client configuration templates that automatically apply your preferred settings when adding new clients.
A template defines key details such as who’s assigned to the client and which accounting integration to use for document exports. Once your templates are set up, you simply choose one when creating a new client. It works both when you add clients manually or import them in bulk via an Excel file.
This means you no longer have to repeat the same setup steps for each new client you add to Banqup. It ensures consistency and saves valuable time. You can also set a default template to apply automatically, and still edit or override settings for individual clients at any time.
New Insights tab
View the total number of client documents in each status at a glance for better tracking. Users can only see this information if they have the Client Manager role for a client.
Easier document management
You can now filter client documents in Client Documents to find what you need faster.
