Capture and manage purchase receipts easily
The new Purchase Receipts app helps you keep track of your purchase receipts. When you make a purchase with your Banqup debit card, you’ll receive a notification in the Banqup One app to take a photo of the receipt. You can then review and approve receipts directly on the web app.
Validate documents faster with split-screen processing
When reviewing or editing invoice data awaiting validation, you’ll now see the original document next to it in a split-screen view. This lets you easily compare details side by side for quicker, more accurate validation. You can toggle the preview on or off, or expand it to full screen on smaller screens.
Stay safe with automatic payee verification
To protect your business from fraud, Banqup now checks that the beneficiary’s name matches the IBAN before you send a payment.
You’ll see clear alerts if there’s a mismatch or suggestion to correct the name, which helps ensure funds reach the right account.
Simpler invoice creation
To speed up the workflow in Document Creator, we added default values (quantity = 1, unit = piece) that are pre-filled for each invoice line..
Navigate through filtered documents without losing the filters
When using filters and viewing a document from the filtered results, you can navigate between the documents in these results without losing your filter selection.

More flexibility for quotes
Sent quotes can now be edited. You can define custom expiration periods that’ll apply to all the quotes you create.
Add the missing bank account of suppliers
When initiating payments to suppliers that don’t have a bank account in their profile, you’ll see a clear warning and you’ll be able to add the bank account directly from the alert.
Payments app renamed
Payments is now called Outbound Payments for clarity. This app is like a to-do list of outbound payments to your suppliers, based on the status of your purchase invoices.
Accountants can now select multiple client documents and perform actions in bulk, such as sending them to integrations or marking them as processed. This saves time and makes client management smoother.
Partner client filters
Accountants can filter clients by status and e-invoicing status for quicker insights.
Create and manage sales quotes
You can now create, edit, and send sales quotes directly from Banqup. Draft, send, or clone quotes, and keep everything in one place. Quotes sync seamlessly between the Sales Quotes app and Document Creator, so you always have the full picture.
Create credit notes directly from Sales Invoices
You can now create credit notes straight from the Sales Invoices screen. Just click the three dots in the Actions column and select Create credit note. A credit note will be generated automatically for the selected invoice with the correct amounts and linked back to the original invoice. You can still review and edit the credit note before sending, giving you full flexibility and accuracy.
Resend sales invoices
If the delivery of a sales invoice fails, you can now easily resend it using the Send option via the Actions column.
Delete draft documents
Clean up your workspace by deleting unused draft invoices or uploads.
Reconcile payments without a document
If no document is available, you can reconcile payments with a note or cost center, keeping everything balanced.
Multi-currency invoices
Easily update and track currencies on purchase and uploaded sales invoices.
Add your logo to your invoices
A new item is available in your space settings: Branding. From there, you can add your logo and it'll appear on the invoices/credit notes you create in Document Creator.
Add default notes to every new document
Now you can set default notes in the Document Creator settings. These notes will appear automatically on all new documents you create on Banqup. Use it to share important communications with your customers without having to write the same note every time. You can switch them off, or update them anytime. You can also update them individually during the creation of a document.
Track unpaid invoices at a glance
The new Invoice insights widget on your homepage gives you a clear view of unpaid invoices. Quickly see which ones are overdue and click through to access them in the Sales or Purchases app. This helps you stay on top of payments and keep cash flowing.

The new filters in Sales Invoices help you narrow down invoices by customer or due date to find the exact invoices you need faster.
Activate e-invoicing for your clients
You can select one or more clients and click on Activate e-invoicing. This will register your clients on Peppol in one click.
See your clients' e-invoicing status at a glance
The e-invoicing and mandate status of your clients are visible directly in the Clients app. You can also confirm in bulk that you have mandates for clients.
Indicate whether you have permission to register clients to Peppol for e-invoicing.

Creating invoices (or credit notes) is now easier. You can save drafts to finish later, or send invoices directly to customers after creation. Both options are clearly shown at the top when you create documents.
Cancel planned payments
Change your mind about a future payment? You can now cancel any scheduled payment from your Banqup Business Account. Just go to the planned payments section and cancel what you don't need.
